As an Official Rolex Jeweler, we are authorized to receive your Rolex watch for servicing. After careful examination of the case and bracelet, the watchmaker extensively tests and inspects the movement to determine the service procedures and replacement parts that will be necessary to ensure your watch meets Rolex's uncompromising performance requirements. After shipping your watch to the Rolex Service Center, a Rolex-trained watchmaker will thoroughly inspect and examine your watch. A complete overhaul takes a minimum of four to six weeks depending on the condition of your watch.
No, you do not need to make an appointment but we do suggest calling us to ensure a staff member will be available to accomodate you at your desired time.

Rolex recommends servicing your Rolex timepiece with an Official Rolex Retailer or Service Center approximately every 10 years depending on the usage and model. This will guarantee the accuracy, precision, and waterproofness.
